1.Lead growth strategic initiatives from idea conception through analysis,identification of business improvement opportunities, and management review to designing and deploying effective solutions.
2.Work with operating teams to help define opportunities for process analysis, operational improvement, strategic planning and general problem solving.
3.Establish a regular cadence and approach for market intelligence reporting to ensure timely and relevant insights are a key input into internal decision-making and planning.
4.Lead the research of emerging trends, expansion opportunities, competitive threats and provide business intelligence to drive sales and Analyze sales performance to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
5.Support the growth strategies by analyzing the growth potential of all used car markets, providing competitor intelligence, and creatively ideating solutions or new ways of achieving breakthrough growth. Ensuring that plans and messaging are aligned with business strategy, reinforce brand positioning, and are delivered effectively to targeted audiences.
6.Prepares presentations and dashboards summarizing strategy, actions, performance and recommendations to executive management.

1.Minimum 10 years' experience in relevant sector or similar position.
2.Bachelor’s degree or above in Management, Business, or Economics.
3.Strong knowledge of and experience with business and data analytics, digital platform, ecommerce, and strategic planning.
4.Possesses strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically.
5.Experience with using dashboard to track, analyze, and display data.
6.Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
7.Exceptional organizational and people management skills.
